I'm sure the title is attractive right? Especially for Sabahan. This post is not about inviting you guys to an Aramai Tii session but it is just another post from me.
The words - Aramai Tii. What is the actual meaning for the words? Well there are a lot of definitions of it. The words itself has become famous not only among Sabahans but also other people from other states. I heard Amy Search shout it once (in Mentor - TV3 I guess..).
Most of Sabahans, especially the guys have one common meaning of Aramai Tii. Which is.... Aramai Tii! Hahaha. I mean ALCOHOL SESSION. I don't know if it is right to call it as tradition, but I rather call it a culture, where Sabahans always have Aramai Tii session. When there is party, small or big, it has become a must-have session.
That can be positive, or negative as well. You see, some people are willing to spend more of their money for Aramai Tii. They don't care if they money running out as long as they can taste the alcohol, which make this a negative situation. Others prefer they have it once a month, once in two months and so on... And there are those people who don't drink at all (Save money... Hehe..).
As for myself, I like Aramai Tii as well. In fact we just had a session with some new friends at my place like Gurangak, Donjoe and the others. HEhehe... We finished at 6.00am on Sunday (we started at 9.00pm on Saturday) and we had fun! That's because all of them are fun people. Thanks especially to Danjoe for entertaining us with Dangdut songs.. LOL. It is fine if it is once-in-a-while. I don't care if I drink up until the next day. But to drink everyday or everyweek? That is not my style. HEhehe..
While I'm writing this, I think some of our friends is currently having their Aramai Tii session. I'm not good in advising people especially in this matter.... But please think before you drink, you can save your money if you cut one day of Aramai Tii session. And please, please, please don't get drunk if you are driving. Think of your love ones... You can make a difference.
That's all for now. Until next time! Bye...
