Will be away for few weeks~

Hi guys, this is just to inform you that I will be away from blogging for a while. There are many things that need to be done and I don't have much time to spent online. Another reason is, I dont' have internet connection at home for now.

I got a comment from Kenwooi in previous post to update my blog. So, I guess I just have to update a little bit of what happened recently.

The biggest event last week was moving in to a new house. We were excited with the new house - not too big and just nice for the kind of people like us. But, man! It was so exhausting week! I just don't really like moving houses! It's so tiring that you can fall asleep while walking. lol! Anyway, what important is that I like the new house much, much better than the old one.

Life hasn't been so good past few months although I wrote the opposite in my previous posts. But I always remember someone told me long ago that life has to be goes on! I just want to look and move forward. Not looking back and regretting all that happened in the past. For me looking back and regretting about the past will holding me to move forward. There's nothing you can do to change the past. Accept it!

Moral of the story?? CHARRGEE! MOVE FORWARD! Your life is yours alone. Not others'. Remember that well.

Blogging Mode Activated!

It's been almost a month since my last post. After a while, today I started to reading my favorite blog again! While I was reading those blogs, I feel that it has been ages. It was really refreshing. So all this while I only login to Facebook and YouTube.

I don't have any great idea right now, tho. So this is just a post to show that my blogging mode has been activated. No ideas, nothing special for this post. Just want to update my blog!

*I found a friend blog while I was searching for something in Google earlier and added to my "Fellowship of Blogger" list. Irene, if you're reading this, you will find yourself in my list on the right sidebar!~

Making Money Online: Pay Per Lead

This is another post related to making money online. This is just for your info. You can keep for yourself or spread to others. One thing I learned from making money online is 'sharing is caring'. I'm happy when I can help others out there to make the first dollar. Yeah, I'm not talking about hundreds or thousands, just dollars. That's because I'm pretty much like you, don't know much about making money online but I like to share. And by sharing, I actually gets better each time I share the idea of making money.

Keep in mind, making money online is NOT THE SAME as do online business. You can make money online without having a real business whereas an online business is your asset you can use to generate a steady income online.

I'll tell you about 'Pay Per Lead' today...

To start, let us go through the definition of Pay Per Lead.

A type of affiliate marketing program where the advertiser pays the affiliate based on conversion of leads, such as a file or software download, completion of a sign-up form for a newsletter, trial offer sign-up, or other desired action. If a customer follows an affiliate link to the advertiser's site and completes the required action in accordance with the affiliate agreement, the affiliate is paid. (source: www.webopedia.com).
So, instead of marketing for sales, we market for product downloads, software downloads, form completion, etc. As you all know, to join an affiliate program cost you nothing. You can join for free, market seller products or what-so-ever and if somebody make a purchase, you will get the commissions. Pay Per Lead program allow you to get paid just by providing leads to sites that you marketed. However, the payment will be lower than normal affiliate programs. You can simply promote a PPL website get somebody to visit the website to complete a form, download a free program/software and you'll get paid. That's how easy you task is. In fact, this is the great way to start earning your first dollar online!

So that's about it. There's not much to talk about PPL/Affiliate Marketing since it is easy to understand. I will not provide tips to do PPL/Affiliate Marketing here as I just want to let those who want to start making money online about it. But if you insist to know more about PPL/affiliate marketing, let me know. I will give you the necessary links about this. Of course it will not come from me, but the experts. As I told you, I am not an expert (yet) in making money online. I'm still in testing and experimenting stage.

Before you leave, I have couples of local PPL program (which will be in Malay) for you . You might want to try them. See below for details:

1. Wordpress Minisite Templates

The campaign is no longer available
  • Each successful download equal to RM0.50
  • Minimum cash out is RM25.00

2. Free report for H1N1 by TipSihat.com

The campaign is no longer available.
  • Each successful email registration equal to RM0.20
  • Minimum cash out is RM10.00 [50 leads (email)]

Their offer will be ended anytime soon. So the faster you act, the faster you can gain the money. The amount may be low per lead, but hey, this is about to get your first dollar online. Don't waste your time, it will only takes few minutes of your time to register and promote this to others. You'll lose nothing. Get paid now!

Until next time,

Gives Back – What does this mean to you?

oprahsbiggiveI recently watched one of Oprah reality show – Oprah’s Big Gives. To start with, I am not a fan of Oprah’s show but I do admire her way of making her wealth. I always read about successful people like Donald Trumph, Robert T. Kyosaki and many more to list here. One of them is Oprah. My dream is, to become as successful as they are now. I always have bring this dream with me in my life.

The Broadway Theatre

I never planned what to do when I have that kind of wealth in the future. All I can think about is to spend those money for myself and my family, of course. But watching Oprah’s Big Give change the way I think. There are so many people out there that are in needs! Too many people for all rich people on earth to help them. So I think, once I became rich, I too, will help using what I have. The most important thing is those people are happy. I never participate in any charity before because I never think of it.

oprah-big-giveThe show made me tears. It has really touched my heart that we always complain about how hard our life is or what we couldn’t get but the reality is no matter how hard our life now, there always somebody out there that have harder life than we are. This was a word from an ex-drug addict in the show. This word alone make me think of my current situation. Life is not always about the money. I know almost everything now requires money but as I said, it is not always about the money. Some people out there will feel happy enough just by listening to their story and how they improve their life from time to time.

EVERYTIME WE THINK THAT OUR LIFE IS HARD. THERE ALWAYS SOMEBODY OUT THERE WHO ARE LIVING A HARDER LIFE THAN WE ARE!

My question is what does “Gives Back” means to you? It can be donating money. It can be the our presence when somebody in need. I leave that question to you to answer. For me, I have my own answer in my heart and let it be that way. You don’t have to answer me here but if you want to do so, please, I will really appreciate that.

Until next time,

Orphan – Good movie to watch

orphan-poster

I was watching TV the other day when my bro-in-law (Vicq) whispered to me and ask me if I want to go to watch movie. I was like “Now?”. Then he said no, we will go tomorrow. He said he got 2 free tickets from Nuffnang (Thanks Nuffnang!) to watch the premiere of Orphan. I like movie a lot so of course I agree. But the problem is he only get 2 tickets. So how about my fiancĂ© (her sister)?

The next day, he came back from work and we came to a solution. Both of us will go and we will leave my baby at home, alone… yeah, yeah, it is sad and selfish. But there’s no other way. So to calm her down, Vic came up with the idea of to tapau for her KFC when we come home. Since she likes KFC a lot, then she agreed. Hehehe.. Mission accomplished!

So, we went to the movie and hoping that we will be one of the early birds. Ok, ok, we want the free gift! But there are other Nuffnangers who are much earlier than us! End of story. We didn’t get the free gift!

About the movie, I personally enjoyed it! The story was good and unexpected as well. Some of my friends told me that I am a ‘director’ when watching movies because I always predict the outcome and the story lines. But not in Orphan. This story was unexpected and has its own surprises. Overall it was a good movie but I want to get the uncut version! Haha… Nuffnangers who went for the movie will know what I mean.. lol!

Be careful next time when you get to close to what you think is a child because she might be an adult who has a small body. Seriously, I have seen with my own eyes this type of woman. She was about 30 years old on 1998 and she lived at JKR quarters, same place I used to lived. Her heights are just like 10 years old girl but the other parts of the body were perfect. She has what a normal woman has except the body size. That time (1998) I was 14 years old, and I was taller than her. So I didn’t really surprise at the end of the story.

For those who like mystery, surprises or puzzles, you might like to watch this movie. Don’t want to talk much about the movie since I don’t want to be labeled as spoiler! lol.

That’s all for now, until next time!

Posting using Windows Live Writter

As the title said, yes, I’m using Windows Live Writter to write this post. I don’t know what happened to blogger but started recently blogger really piss me off because the time to load and save or image uploading is slow. While I’m able to surf the net without problem, blogger just loaded slowly. I don’t know if you are facing the same problem but me? Yes.

By writing new post using Windows Live Writter, it save me much times. I don’t need to wait for blogger to load. In fact, I don’t even need to login to blogger if I want to. One of the great thing about this software is that it publish your post quite fast. And that including uploading photo! But of course I need to log in, right? Well, how am I supposed to see new comments on my posts? Here some of screenshot of Windows Live Writter.

Windows Live Writter

If you ask me, I definitely recommend you guys to update your blog using Windows Live Writter as well. It support other blog service as well such as Wordpress, Typepad, etc.

I like to have a bigger space for blog updating. You know what I mean… The space to write/edit posts in blogger is quite small and that make me uncomfortable. If you are really interested you can download the installer at Windows Live download page. The installer comes in a bundle of Windows Live software but you can choose not to download the other application and just install Windows Live Writter. Believe me, you wont regret to have this tool!

Well, until next post. I am just about to write another post now.

R.I.P - The great Yasmin Ahmad

I was so shocked last night when I read one of my friend's Facebook status said: "This time it's real guys.. Al-Fatihah to Yasmin Ahmad.."

When I read that, I was like - "WHAT?". I know that she was in Damansara Specialist hospital being treated. I personally hoping that she will get well soon. I never thought that she will leaving this world so soon.

I always love Yasmin Ahmad works and the message she trying to deliver in her films and advertisement (Petronas Ads). The messages are always about racism, family and LOVE. That is what I like the most!

It is really sad that Malaysia lose one of greatest director of all time. To be honest, I'm sad, too. Yeah, I know I don't have any close relation with Yasmin but her movies make us all be closer together. Her works always amaze me and I never get bored no matter how many times I watch her film. In fact, everytime I watch her movie, I will get different message. I don't want to talk too much here as this very post is dedicated to her - THE GREAT YASMIN AHMAD!

Here's some of her works.

Muallaf - 2008

Mukhsin - 2006

Gubra - 2006

Satu Malaysia (One Malaysia)

Hi guys, it's been a while since my last update. I was quite busy with my personal things and agendas.. Hehehe..

Well, here I am with another interesting post. I have planned to write this post for few weeks already and finally I'm ready to do it.

To be able to live in Malaysia, I am really lucky that so far, Malaysia has never been in chaos like other countries out there. At least no bombing happened yet and I hope it wont! We are lucky to be Malaysian and one of the thing I would like to see is that people of Malaysia will always be in harmony and understanding each other.

There is a competition held few weeks back about making a 'One Malaysia' theme song. I dropped to Kay Kastum blog and as usual he came out with a great song for me. He managed to composed a song and was thinking to participate in that competition. But the day he want to submit the song, he found out that he is too late to submit his song. More information about this can be found on his blog.

So here it is, Kay Kastum's Satu Malaysia theme song! Enjoy!

Satu Malaysia
Composed by Kay Stanford Jr Kastum, May 28, 2009

Kita sama sahaja
Walaupun semua berbilang bangsa
Hidup harmoni, berkompromi, kita amali

Pemimpin di hormati
Raja menjadi tunggak tradisi
Keamanan, kestabilan rakyat yang penyayang

Bridge:
Bersatulah rakyat jelata, kita menjadi Satu Suara

Chorus:
Satu Malaysia, Satu Malaysia
Ku rasa bangga, menjadi warga
Negara Malaysia

Re: New Commenting System

This is regarding my earlier post about New Commenting System. I was using IntenseDebate and found out that I was not satisfied with it. I guess I get unsatisfied too fast.. lol.

And Kenwooi visited my blog and found out my he is commenting on normal blogger comment form. Yeah dude, I was doing some testing.. Haha.. I actually have another blog used for testing anything new before I install into this blog. But I forgot about it and something ugly happened - as I trying to figure out how to install JS-kit properly, I installed it wrongly and the commenting form appear at the bottom of this page. I was like "What the heck?"

What-the-heck face. lol.

But after around 15 minutes, I managed to install it correctly. Now you can start to comment on JS-Kit commenting system. What make me change my mind??? Well, I guess JS-Kit allowed me to import all my old comments and that's exactly what I want! Apart from that, it allow you to upload pictures and youtube video on the comment itself! What a cool features.. Hehe..

Yeah, that was my reply for Kenwooi comment. Hehe..

Try it and you will know it!

Ticket to Michael Jackson Memorial

I was on my way to send my bro-in-law's girlfriend to Assunta Hospital (she works there), and listening to Hitz.fm. So the time for Hollywood Hook Up with Richard Reid came. They were discussing about few topics but one that attracted me was about the ticket to Michael Jackson memorial which you can watch LIVE on Channel E! (channel 712 on Astro) at 1.00am tomorrow.

I heard about the ticket being sold in high price on several online auction site like eBay and in fact I did check it earlier. It was so shocking that the price for the ticket goes up to USD99,999.99! Yeah that is almost USD100,000.00(that's RM350,000.00 for you)! But the auction didn't last long as it has been banned by eBay. I tried to refresh the auction page and it's no longer exist...

The auction is no longer exist

I don't think it is right for a person who try to get money using this way. MJ is dead, and could this guy just let him rest peacefully? While it is not right to do that way, this also prove that MJ was a powerful guy. I think if the seller don't even want to attend the memorial, the ticket should just be given to any fan out there who really want to attend and pay respect to the late MJ.

******** Update ********

Just after a few minutes, another auction came up!

And this time the price is USD 15,099.99

New Commenting System

I have been really active in blogging lately and in fact I have made few new blogger cool friends like Kenwooi and Impostius. There are few more of them and I think you should visit these 2 as well! I like Kenwooi blog since it is almost similar as me where we blog what we want, nothing specific. But you guys should really give a visit to Impostius and you will love his drawing! Haha! I always like his drawing!

Back to the topic, I actually installed new commenting system in my blog. The reason is, I always wondered why those normal blogger blog out there can have a commenting system which ask the visitor to insert their name, email address and website address??? I always want that kind of commenting system and finally I have it on my blog, too! Haha!

Check it out.

As you can see, I post a comment and reply to that specific comment only. It just as I wanted. Hehe.. Sorry to those who made comments on my blog previously, all old comments is no longer available as I have put a this new commenting system.

For more on commenting system, you can visit Simple Blog Tips. I found the answer here as well!~

Marriage - Before and After

Last night, when I was checking my email, I found an email from unknown sender. I never added the address on my contact but I don't what make me open it.

The title of the email was "Marriage Life Before and After". I'm not sure to call it a poem or song but it was funny and the content actually telling the truth of some married couples out there. I don't want to talk more.. Just enjoy reading..

Before marriage,
Darling here... Darling there...
After marriage,
Baling (throw) here... Baling (throw) there...

Before marriage,
I die for you...
After marriage,
"You die, up to you"
Long after married,
You want to die? I help you!

Before marriage,
You go anywhere... I follow you.
After marriage,
You go anywhere... up to you .
Long after married,
I go anywhere, better go without you!

Before wedding,
"You are my heart, you are my love"
After wedding,
"You get on my nerves. "

Before wedding,
"You are sweet and kind just like Cinderella"
After wedding,
"You are worse than godzila"

Before wedding,
Roses are red, violets are blue. Like it or not, I'm stuck with you
After wedding,
Roses are dead, I am blue. You get on my head, I will sue you

Before wedding,
Every dinner he brings you to Shangri-La
After wedding,
You want to go, he says you wait-la

Before wedding,
She looks like Anita Sarawak(A Malaysian singer)
After wedding,
Don't know whether katak(frog) or biawak(lizard)??

Sure, it is hilarious but there are some truth in it. I am not a counselor or what, but ladies respect your husband. And gentlemen, respect your wife, too. But the most important thing is to LOVE your life partner. Of course, you have to be careful when choosing your life partner. And don't take your marriage for granted.

Marriage is not just about living together... It is a sacred gift from God!

Sincerity is a beautiful thing, unless...

How many times in our life we saved or helped other people? And actually how many thousand times we said that we were sincere when we did that? Honestly speaking, I don't even know myself...

This came up in my mind just a while ago and decided to make it a topic for this post. As usual I end up writing another topic than I was planning. Before I write further, this topic might hurt some people. If you don't like to be hurt, I sincerely ask you to leave this topic and wait for my next entertaining topic. lol.

Sincerity is a good thing. No doubt about it. But let me ask you one thing - Do you really think that you are sincerely helping others if after that you go and talk to all you friends (or the whole world if possible) that you have done a good thing to others? Somebody ask you for help simply because they need your help. It doesn't mean that that 'somebody' want that thing to be known to public, etc his other friends.

From my point of view, this kind of situation is really a personal and confidential to the one asking for help. Do you like it when one of your friend tell other friends that you borrowed money from him?

Scenario 1: Financial problem.
You know that A is able to give you some money and you decided to ask him for help. Let say A gave you the money. But next thing you know A is spreading the news to all you friends network talking about this and trying to prove that he is doing a good thing. HOW DO YOU FEEL? DO YOU THINK 'A' HELPED YOU SINCERELY?

Scenario 2: You need to go to hospital urgently.
You don't have transportation and called B to send you. He is willing to help but only after you persuade him. On the way to hospital.... "If not because of this friendship, I will not agree to send you". And that's not all, he call other friend and starting to talk like he is not satisfied with you because you have ruined his planned that night.

There are still a lot of situations where you can see if a guy really sincere in his help or not. As I am writing this down... My heart is really hurt because I know that somebody didn't help me sincerely... If you are reading this... You are free to do what you want but for sure I'll give back what I got from you. There's a saying "What goes around, Comes around". Just want you to know that not everybody doing good in their life.

I only speak my mind and feeling. I never meant to hurt other people's heart. But the truth is, the words of advice are usually irritating. So, if you irritated by this topic, spend sometimes to think. It's not that hard to say 'NO' when you don't feel like helping others.

IF YOU WANT TO HELP OTHERS, BE SINCERE.

R.I.P - Michael Joe Jackson

It was about 3.00pm today I heard the news and I knew it from a video comment (not related to MJ) in Facebook. It was the shocking news for the whole world that the King of Pop - Michael Joe Jackson dead at his age of 50. Some people will be happy with this but majority of people in the earth will be sad.

I don't have any special connection with him but during my childhood, he is a STAR for me. Well, I'm sure not just for me but for the others as well. I remember when there was a time when the TV show a drama about his life and my whole family will watch it. On the next day, after the show ended, and my elder brother was sleeping. Suddenly.... He sat on his bed and start to act like MJ, while sleeping. lol. And that's really funny. It happened around 15 years ago, I think.

I saw a comment of my friend in Facebook saying that MJ will go to hell after his death. For me, I'm not sure for that, and I don't even care about it. What he did in his personal life was his business and I only care about his music!

He might be not in this world anymore but one thing for sure, HIS MUSIC WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE!

R.I.P - Michael Jackson
